I use Nikon glass all the way!ĥ Nikon quality and price. If you are using Nikon lenses, why would you use anything but a Nikon filter. This is an excellent lens protector and I recommend it. If you want PL filters thats a different story. Its really just a protection not anything else. I replaced all my filters with Nikon NC filters because they are the best. Sometimes will place an CP filter over it, or in place of it.ĥ YES buy this instead of the B+W! I would pass on the MRC coatings and UV etc because they end up causing flairs in the images that you dont want (they are not normal flairs). Pretty much leave the NC permanently attached. Haven't seen any adverse impacts to picture images I shoot. I would recommend this product to others looking for added protection and wishing to not introduce picture deterioration.Ĥ Protects the lens Mainly bought this filter for protecting the lens. I have not noticed any flaring or spots that would be attributed to the introduction of the filter.
